Landline: Make sure you are not in a contract with your current provider and use your bill to check what type of line you are paying for.

Mobile: If you wish to keep your mobile number. Contact your existing provider, check that you are out of contract with them and ask for your ‘PAC code’.

Broadband: If you have broadband, contact your existing ISP, check that you are out of contract with them and ask for your
‘MAC code’.
